Cleaner tours
Refill, reuse, reduce
Disposable bottles can easily reach beaches, rivers, and the ocean. That is why we avoid single-use plastic water bottles on our tours and serve drinking water with reusable cups.
Guests can help by bringing a reusable bottle, choosing reef-safe sunscreen, and keeping every item aboard or inside their daypack.
Nature sets the conditions
Respecting protected places
Marino Ballena National Park, Caño Island Biological Reserve, Corcovado National Park, and the Térraba-Sierpe wetlands each require special care.
Follow the guide
Captains, guides, park officials, and protected-area staff have final authority on safety, routes, distances, trails, and permitted activities.
Leave wildlife wild
Observe without touching, feeding, chasing, or removing animals, plants, shells, coral, or any natural material.
Adapt when needed
Routes and activities may change for weather, ocean conditions, tides, safety, conservation, or instructions from park authorities.
