Snorkeling Cano Island Tour
Departing at 7:30 AM from Uvita beach and the boat ride has a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes . Depending on the season of the year you may see Dolphins or Whales during the boat ride.
Once our boat arrives at Caño Island in the Osa peninsula,Costa Rica, our experienced crew will assess the conditions and select the optimal snorkeling location for the day to ensure the best visibility and safety. You can anticipate having approximately two hours dedicated to exploring the underwater wonders through snorkeling. A knowledgeable tour guide will accompany the group at all times, guiding you to the most vibrant coral reefs and pointing out the diverse marine life. They will also be happy to share interesting facts and information about the different species you encounter.
Following the snorkeling activity, we will enjoy a relaxing break on one of the island's beautiful beaches. This downtime will last for about 30 to 40 minutes, giving you an opportunity to soak in the stunning scenery and unwind. Please be aware that toilet facilities are available on the island for your convenience during this beach break.
After our time on the beach, the boat will begin its return journey to Uvita beach. As we cruise back, our experienced captain will be diligently watching for any sightings of dolphins or whales, keeping in mind the migration patterns and typical presence of these magnificent creatures depending on the current time of year.
